		<description>I love celery with cream cheese sprinkled with seasoning salt.  It is crunchy, cheesy, and salty. Yummy.  And, I am not a big fan of celery but it tastes great with the cheese and salt (must be seasoning salt).</description>

		<description>for a chocolate craving heat some water in the microwave then add cocoa, a little bit of half n half, and 1 and 1/2 packages of sweetener-you can add cinnamon and/or whipped cream- but i think this makes a GREAT sugar-free hot chocolate!</description>

		<description>I eat free carb snacks in betweeen my meals so I have them all the time. I include:
small amounts of colby cheese
pork skins
celery and cream cheese  (2peices of celery has about 1carb)
sugar free jello
bacon
boiled eggs

Included is a chocolate sugar free syrup as well as flavors such as: carmel, watermelon, hazelnut, vanilla, raspberry, strawberry etc. These can be used to flavor club soda to make Italian sodas, add some to coffee, or combine with sour cream &amp; ice for a milk shake or smoothie. I have even made cheesecake with cream cheese, eggs &amp; syrup.</description>

		<description>For a tasty treat, I mix melted coconut oil with the cacao powder and add just one or two drops of liquid stevia to give it a little sweetness.  This makes a nice chocolate sauce to put on things. And if you are able to eat frozen berries, it turns into a chocolate shell when it hits frozen foods. You could also use ground cinnamon for a little sweetness too if you don&#039;t want to try the liquid stevia.  This mix won&#039;t taste exactly like a store bought chocolate bar but it does help with those chocolate cravings. The cacao powder is loaded with antioxidants, iron and magnesium. 

You can find cacao powder in the health food section of most supermarkets.  I use Nativas Naturals Raw Chocolate Powder which can be purchased on Amazon.com. Just be sure to do your research before trying it and perhaps ask your doctor if it is safe for you.</description>
